Tuve la gran suerte de conocer a Arianne Sabatini en el mes de Enero del año 2016.En ese entonces tenía la intención de comprar una propiedad en la ciudad de Miami, lo que se concretó en el mes de Septiembre del año 2016. Desde un comienzo me sentí muy a gusto con ella, debido a su buen trato, amabilidad y sobretodo, por el conocimiento que demostró acerca del negocio inmobiliario de la ciudad de Miami. Sin duda, gracias a sus consejos, recomendaciones y su buena fé, pude encontrar una propiedad que cumplió todas mis expectativas. Arianne Sabatini has worked as a real estate agent for me and my husband on three different transactions since 2014. The first concerned the sale of our home which needed extensive work. She was able to assess the property and assist us in determining the repairs needed to be made to get to the property into optimum marketable condition. With that being done, the asking price was established and the property placed on the market. Because it was the Christmas holiday season which is normally not a busy real estate period, we did not expect a big response. However, to our great delight, Arianne brought a number of prospective buyers and one of those actually met our sale price. All of that happened within two short weeks. That meant we had to then quickly find a new home for ourselves. Arianne once again acted as our agent and within a short time, we were able to find a condo that met our needs. The third transaction Arianne handled for us was much more complicated and drawn out. As an executor for a deceased relative’s estate, I needed to manage the sale of that person’s home. As I soon learned, an estate sale can become very complicated because of stringent legal requirements and the demands of family members. Arianne agreed to act as the selling agent. Upon finding a buyer, a number of inheritance demands arose that required prolonged exchanges with family members and lawyers. Though it all, Arianne demonstrated continued patience and willingness to work through a series of complications and demands which even left me to consider resigning as executor, But Arianne amazingly persevered and capably helped reach a successful conclusion with the sale of the deceased relative’s home. So whether the real estate transaction was clear cut and rapid or extremely complicated and drawn out, we were well satisfied with Arianne’s professional assistance and would highly recommend her services to anyone.
